Data source: Open-Meteo Archive API. It uses historical reanalysis, so it should be treated as reconstructed weather, not guaranteed circuit-side observations.

2. Weather lookup

Choose the date/time range, then fetch historical weather and build the plan.

Use auto unless you need a specific timezone.

Use 24-hour time, for example 4pm = 16.

3. Catalogue and download
